1. This is assumed to be the minimum compensation necessary to cover the expense of materials and/or the fees from holding small scale events related to distribution. This does not include the sale of content or goods which use the Degu logo for the purpose of making a profit.
2. Uses that correspond to those in "Prohibitions" are excluded.

The copyright of the Degu mascot is held by Atmark Techno.
Please refrain from using or modifying the Degu mascot without the permission of Atmark Techno.
